Shipping Policy

Shipping is a vital part in the process. We all hate it, but it must be done. At EveryPipe.com we try our best to make this process as painless as possible and to get your order in your hands as soon as possible.

BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST MATCH
Failing to match the addresses will fail the credit card verifications and YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SUBMITTED. If you would like to have your item shipped to a different address, please contact us by phone at 1-630-63-GLASS (45277) before you place your order. We will get the proper verifications, walk you through placing the order and get the proper information from you for the new shipping location. If you have already placed your order, please call us immediately to be sure we can catch your order before it is shipped.

Our primary method for shipping an order is through FedEx. We have found that they offer the best pricing and care when dealing with the fragile and sometimes bulky nature of the products we sell. An alternate method of shipping, if you would like, is through USPS (United States Parcel Service). They are typically slower and the savings, if any, aren’t usually worth the extra trouble/wait.

Once an order is placed, it must be processed through our Shipping Department before it gets in the shippers hands and ultimately into your hands. Processing times in our shipping department depend on several factors. Under a typical day with a normal work load, orders are usually processed and delivered to FedEx by the following business day, if not the same day. During peak times, holidays, big sales (ex: Our big 420 Sale), during times of inclement weather or when ordering custom, made-to-order pieces, processing times can be delayed. How long really depends on the situation, but we will make an announcement either to you directly via phone or email, on our site or on Facebook, alerting you to the potential delay.

Once we have processed the order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Tracking Numbers should be located on your Shipping Notification email. So, please be sure you are not filtering out these emails with your spam filter. The easiest way to avoid us hitting your spam folder is to add our email address, support@everypipe.com, to your address book.

So, once the shipping carrier has the order, how long until I get it? Again, this depends on several factors. First and foremost, which method of shipping did you pay for? Next Day Air will clearly get there faster than Ground, but you will pay for it. Paying Next Day Air, does not mean if you order it today, you’ll get it tomorrow. I means, once the order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it will get to you the next day. Distance from our location to yours, weather patterns and of course, holidays all have a direct effect on delivery times. For a reference guide, please see our nifty little delivery times map. Again, reference only. Circumstances may cause these estimates to be incorrect.

All orders we ship, ALL ORDERS, will require a signature in order to take delivery. We will not have FedEx leave a package on your doorstep unattended. FedEx Home Delivery offers several options to accommodate each customer. In addition to delivery days of Tuesday-Saturday, FedEx Home Delivery offers the following options for a minimal charge:

  • Evening Delivery from 5:00-8:00pm
  • Date Certain Home delivery allows you to to specify delivery date
  • FedEx Appointment home delivery
